Abstract：The rapid development of theE-sports industry has brought substantial economic benefits while simultaneouslycreatingcertain humanisticchalenges including the disruptionof body-mind harmony，heightened social barrirs，and a growing disconnect between humans and nature. Given those，from a humanistic perspective， this study conceptualizes green E-sports as an E-sports development paradigm grounded in bodily reclamation and empowerment，characterized bypositive interaction of multi-stakeholder，and also establishing E-sports normsof humanism as practical focus—ultimately striving to achieve threefold harmony between body and mind， among individuals and nature.The interactive relationships within the E-sports concept can be exhibited as returning and empowering the body as a basis to realize positive interaction of multi-stakeholder，and returningand empowering body，andachieving inter-subjectivityofE-sportssubjects，depending on E-sports norms with humanism.Under the combined efect of these factors above，E-sports may gradually accomplish the value target ofbody-mind harmony， interpersonal harmony，and human-nature harmony.
