黄河上游宁蒙河段西起中卫市沙坡头区南长滩，东至内蒙古准格尔旗马栅镇的小占村，河段全长1 217km ，大部分河段河道宽浅，河段平均比降小，是黄河干流三大冲积性河段之一[1]。（剩余8098字）
