Abstract：ThisstudyinvestigatedthfctorsifluencingnewqualityproductiveforcesintheYellwRiverBasintosupprthigualitye gionaldevelopmentAnevaluationsystemfornequalityproductiveforceswasstablised，anddatafrom56prefectur-levelcitisacos sevenurbanclustersinthebasin（2O1O-2O22）wereanalyzed.Theentropymethodmeasurednequalityproductiveforceslevels，ocialetworkanalysisidntifidspatialcharacteristcs，ndtespatialurbnodelxploredifluencingfctorsResultssoa）eltypo ductiveforcesinthebasinincreasedverallduringthesudyperiod，butregioaldisparitiespersisted，withdownstreamareas > midstream areas > upstreamareas，chalengingcordinateddevelopment；b）Newqualityproductiveforcesexhibitsspatialspillverefectsandnetworkedpaters.egionalhubslikeZhengzhouQingdao，andXi’anactaskeynodes，generatingbothadiation（poitivespilovers）and siphon（resouecocentratio）efets；）Keydrirsicudeecooicdevelopentandindustrialupgding，hichirectlystlocal newqualityprodctiiefsUrbazationdgoveeiteetioacelocalpoductityndenefiteigoriggiosvisilovers，whilemarketopeesslightlydersualityproductieforesgrowthiothloalanddacetareasRecommedaisti mizespatianetworkstructuresteanceregioalcoination；mplementtargetedpiciesforbalancednewqualityproductiefosde velopment；Refine institutional frameworks tosafeguard growth；Leverage digital tools to accelerate green transitions.
