Intrinsic Mechanism，Realistic Dilemmas and Relief Paths of New Quality Productive Forces Enpowering Rural Cultural Revitalization

Abstract:The intrinsic mechanism of empowering rural cultural revitalization with new quality productive forces is manifested in the transformation of rural cultural resource forms through hightechnology，the reengineering of rural cultural industry processes through high-efficiency，and the value leap of rural cultural achievements through high-quality. However,the obstruction of the value transformation path，the weak supply of key supporting objects，and the insuficient activation of internal development momentum pose real challenges to the empowerment effect of new quality productive forces. Based on this，a "culture + " modern industrial ecosystem should be constructed to open up the value transformation path； A forward-looking factor support strategy should be implemented to consolidate the foundation of key factors；A collaborative governance new pattern of "entity activation -talent drive-platform support" should be established to stimulate the vitality of new production relations and address the dificulties in empowering rural cultural revitalization with new quality productive forces.
