花椒精油微胶囊咀嚼片配方及降脂性能研究

Abstract:To explore the preparation process and in vitro hypolipidemic activityof Zanthoxylum bungeanum esential oil microcapsulechewable tablets,therebyenhancing theiraplication value,this studyinvestigates the aditionamounts ofraw materials,skimmedmilkpowder,swetenersandfillersviasingle-factorexperimentsandorthogonaltests,anddeteines thetablets'hardnes,weightvariation,thickness,moisturecontent,invitrohypolipidemiccapacityandhygieneindicators. The optimal formulation for the chewable tablets is as follows: 6% raw material addition, 40% skimmed milk powder, 18% (20号 sweetener, 35% filler, 0.5% citric acid,and 0.5% magnesium stearate.Under this formulation,the tablets achieve a 55.4% adsorption rate for sodium taurocholate, 50.5% for sodium glycocholate. The cholesterol adsorption rate is 39% at pH2.0 and 48.3% at pH7.0 .The total number of colonies in the chewable tablets is measured at <10CFU/g ,coliform count at < 10CFU/g ,and no lead is detected.All indicators complywith thenational standards.The Zanthoxylum bungeanum essential oil microcapsulechewable tablets exhibitapleasanttaste,satisfactorychewabilityanddefinite lipid-lowering capacity.
