Public Education Services on Provincial Comprehensive Archives Websites in China： Current Situation Survey， Problem Analysisand Development Direction Ren Lixin，WangLing

Abstract： To understand the current development status of publiceducation services on provincial comprehensive archives websites inChina，identifykeyfactorsaecting theeffectivenessofeducationservices，and proposeoptimizationstrategies， this studyuses online survey and comparative analysis methods to conduct empirical research on the content architecture， presentation fom，usabilityandupdate frequencyof educationalresourceson31provincialcomprehensivearchives websites across thecountry.Theresultsshow thatthere are prominent problems in thecurent publiceducationservices of provincial comprehensive archives websites，such as homogenizationofresource selection，insufficient development depth，vague positioningofeducationalfunctions，andimperfectuser interactionmechanisms.Basedonthis，athre-in-oneoptimization strategyof "multidimensionalresource development-digital inteligence technologyempowerment-educationplatform construction"isproposedTheresearchresultscanprovidetheoreticalbasisandpractical guidance forimproving thequalityof educational services onarchives websites，and help to realize the core value of archival education.
