Abstract：The construction ofthe "Su Chao" specialized archival resource database can comprehensively present the entire process of"Su Chao"，facilitate the integrationof sportsand cultural education，provide decision-making support for theestablishmentofrelatedeventsacros thecountry，andmaintaiandcontiue theculturalidentityofthepeopleinJiangsu. It isof great significance tobothJiangsuand thewholecountryBasedonthis，this paper proposes tosystematicalycolect andintegrate therelevant archival resourcesof "Su Chao"toconsolidate the management and operation foundationofthe "Su Chao"specializedarchivalresource database;toinnovatetheservice methodsofthe"Su Chao"specializedarchivalresource databasebyleveragingartificialintellgene，vrtualrealityugmentedrealityandknowledgegaphs;tostablshste frameworkledbythearchivaldepartmentandinvolvingmultipleentitiesinacoordinatedmanner，clearlydefinetherightsand responsibilitiesofeachetityandadvancetheconstructionprocessof the"SuChao"specializedarchivalresourcedatabase; andtodeeplyintegraterelated industries toreleasethepotential socialvalueof the"Su Chao"specializedarchivalresource database.
