Abstract：On Novemberlst，2O25，the "Frontier Seminaron Data Element Valuationand the Archival Data Element Roundtable"，jointlyorganizedbythe Schoolof State Govemance （InstituteofDigital Chinaand Data Affairs）andthe Schol of InformationResource Management atRenmin UniversityofChina，was successfullyheldinBeijing.Theconference achievedaprofoundintegrationoftheoreticalcognitionandpracticalexploration.Participants engaged inin-depthexchanges. The discussions focusedoncore topicssuchas thedata elementizationofarchives，valuereconstructionin digital-intelligent transformation，digitalgovermmentconstructionempoweringthrougharchivaldatagovemance，andscenario-basedapplications of corporate and specialized archives.
