Abstract： Comprehensive archives bear the crucialresponsibilityof providing cultural services and contributing to the constructionofaculturallystrongnationBasedonRayOldenburg's"ThirdPlace"theorythisstudyconstructsananalytical framework encompassingfourdimensions—physical，psychological，functional，andsocial—tosstematicallxploethe reconstructionofpublicculturalservicespaces incontemporarycomprehensivearchives.Currntlyarchivesfacechalenges inspatiallayout，servicemodels，contentprovision，andsocialconectivityToeectivelyxpandtheirpublicultralsvice functions，the study proposes reconstructing archival spaces through measures such as promoting flexible spatial edesign， fosteringan inclusive psychologicalatmosphere，developing smart service brands，and depening collaborative social governance.
