Abstract:Polarcodeistheonly encoding schemethatcanreach the ShannonLimit ofarbitrary symmetric binary inputdiscrete memory-freechannelintheory.Ithastheadvantagesofearstructureandlowcomplexity.Thispaperbrieflyintroducesthepricipleof chanelpolarizationandthecodingonstructionprocessofpolarcode.Thentsimulatesandcompares thechannelpolarzationpenomenonunderdiferentcodelngths.ebasicprciplesofcommonharddecisondcodingalgorithsaredescibed,includingSsive Cancelation(SC)decodingagr,uccessveCacelltioList(SCL)decoinglgoritm,CyicRedundancyCeckd siveCancelltinList(CA-SCL)decodingalgorithandFast SimplifiedSuccessveCancelltionList(SSCL)decodingalgorih.hen, thedecodingperformanceunderdierentSignaltoNoiseRatio(S)issimulatedwiththeblockrorateasthidex.Finalyfacing thestrictequiementsof tenextgenerationmobilecommunicationsystem,theapplicationprospectofpolarcodein6Gisforasted.
