Abstract:Aimingattheresourcealocationproblemunder finiteblock lengthcoding inmulti-userUltra-ReliableLow-Latency Communication(URLLC)systems,theresearch focusesonsolvingtheresourcecompetitionproblemwhen weighingdelay,reliability andservicerategaininnon-line-ofsightscenarios.Inthecontextthattraditioalinfiniteblocklengthcodingcannotmetextreelylow delayrequirements,aresouealocationmodelintegratigblocklengthconstraintsanddecodingerroratesisstablshed.Byadopting anoptimizationstrategycombining thebinarysearchmethodandthePenalizedPath-FollowingAlgorithm(PPFA),thenon-convexoptimizationproblemistransformedintoaconvexprogrammingsolution,therebyachieving jointoptimizationofcodelength,powerand beamforming.Studiesshowthattheproposedschemecanefectivelyincreasethe minimumusertransmisionrateofthesystem.Under thegivenpacketerorratecondion,thecodelengthshowsadownwardtrendwhenthetransmisionpowerincreases,verifyingthe trade-offmechansmbetweensystemreliabilityanddelay.Thisresourcealocationschemeprovidestheoreticalandalgorithmicsupport forimprovingthesecurecommunicationperformanceof URLLC networksandbalancing theresourcecompetitionamong multipleusers, laying the foundation forthelow-latencyand highlyreliable transmission of 5G/6Gwirelesscommunicationsystems.
