Abstract:This studyfocusesonthejoint powerandbandwidthalocation problemin multi-beamLowEarth Orbit (LEO)satellite systems.Anoveljointallocationmodelwasconstructed,withtheobjectiveoffurtherminimizingthe Unmet SystemCapacity(USC). Basednthismodel,ahybridheuristicalgorithmthatintegratesParticleSwarmOptimization(PSO)andGeneticAlgorithm(GA) strategieswasproposedtosolvetheoptimizationproblem.Toaddressthechallengeofhandlingpowerandbandwidthconstraints,this studydevisedamoreequitableandeficientconstrainthandingmechanism.Throughsimulationexperiments,theproposedalocation methodexhibitedsubstantialbenefitsbyreducingUSCandenhancingoverallsystemthroughput.Furthermore,themethoddemostratedoutstandingpeformanceacrosskeymetrics,ndingspectralfciencyergyfciencyusersaisfctionandesocella tionflexiblity.Theresearchfidingsofervaluabletheoreticalandmethodlogicalsupportforesourceptimizationmanagementin multi-beam LEO satelite systems,serving as avaluable reference for related research and practical applications.
