Abstract:Withtheintensifyingcompetitionof thegreatpowersintheaerospaceindustrythefrequencyofspacelaunches isincreasing yearbyyear,androcketandsatelitetechnologiesarebecomingmoreand morecomplexandadvanced.Consequentlythe complexityofaerospacetracking,telemetryandcommandisgetinghigherandhigher.Communication,asanimportantprocesof aerospacetracking,telemetryandcommand,hasahighprobabilityofriskandasignificant impact.Inordertobetermanagethe riskandimprovethesuccessrate,itisof greatsignificancetoassesstheiskofarospacetracking,telemetryandcommandomunication.Intispaper,anassssetindexsystemconsistingof4priaryindicatorsand18secodaryinicatorsisonstctefro thefourdimensiosofprsonelquipment,nviometandmanageent,witheprobabitofskoccurrncendedgef riskimpactastebasicvriablesintheassessment.Usingthecoopeativegmeetod,theindividualweightsofthecoresponding ssessent indicatorsaredeterminedbytheimprovedanalytichierarchyprocessasignment methodandcombinedwiththeimproved entropyweightmethod.Ultimately,a2Dcloudmodeliscreatedtoobtainthevaluesofeachcloudfeature,depicthe2Dcloudgraph anddeterminethelevelofrisk.Itprovidesausefulreferenceforaerospacetracking,telemetryandcommandriskassesment.
