Abstract:Insaairo-doaincomuication,forationtrasmissionisasilydisturbedbytheviontrsingin unstablecommunicationquality.Existingrelayselectionalgoritmsaredificult toadapttosuchchanges inthecomplexandchaging seaandairenvironments,thusectingthestabilityofcomunicationToaddressthesechallnges,thispaperproposesaniproved optimalNext-hopRelaySelectionforCrossSea-AirOpticalCommuncationvia Hop-to-DestinationaidedDoubleDeepQ-Network (H2D-DDQN)fortrans-seaandairboreopticalcommunicationsbasedonDouble DeepQ-Network(DDQN),whichutilizesamphibiousunmannedaerialvehiclecomunicationsinseaandairenvironments,imingtoenhancethestabiltyofiformationtransmsionin dynamicenviromentsAGatedRecurentUnit(GRU)isintroducedtoenhancethemodel'sabilitytoprocesstimingataadacascadingrewardmechanismisintroduced.Inaditionaherarchicaldivergenceagleajustentmechanismisdesignedtoaly adjusthelasedivergenceangleaccodingtotesparsityofteodes.eefctivenssandfeasibilityofteproosdstategough simulation and practical tests,and the packet delivery rate reaches 99.5% and 98.6% ,respectively.
