Exploration on Application of Warming and Promoting Yang Qi Therapy in Infertility Caused by Luteinized Unruptured Follicle Syndrome Based on the Theory of "Yang Governs Qi-Transformation，Yin Governs Substance-Formation"

Abstract：Luteinized unruptured follcle syndrome （LUFS） is a common cause of infertility.Based on the theory of "yang governs qi-transformation，yin governs substance-formation，"the authors propose that failure of "yang to transformqi" is theunderlyingcauseof pathogenesisofLUFS，while excesive "substance-formation governedbyyin" is akeypathological factor.Thedeficiencyofyang qi is therootcause，whiletheobstructionof phlegmandblood stasis is the superficial manifestation.The warming and promoting yangqi therapy is the primary treatment approach for this condition，focusing on tonifying kidney yang，strengthening spleen function，resolving phlegm-dampness，and unblocking the uterinecolaterals.Theauthor'sself-formulated prescription，the Wenyang Tongyang Huazhuo Prescription，is applied with flexiblemodifications，aiming to support healthyqi to eliminate pathogens，warm and nourishthe uterus and uterine vessels.The prescription provides warmth while tonifying，with organs functioning well when unobstructed，thereby promoting ovulation.
