Detection of paraquat based on cobalt metal-organic framework electrochemical sensor

ABSTRACT:A novel electrochemical sensor was constructed for the rapid quantitative analysis of paraquat (PQ).A new type of metal-organic framework composite nanomaterial-aminoated cobalt metal organic framework @ gold nanocomposite material ( ΔNH2-Co-MOF(OAu) was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis method,and it was coating immobilized on the surface of the glassy carbon electrode(GCE) to enhance the sensitivity of the sensor. NH2-Co-MOF@Au was characterized by electrochemical analysis and scanning electron microscopy,and the optimal working conditions of NH2-Co-MOF@ Au/GCE were determined,the anti-interference,stabilityand repeatability of the sensor were also studied.The result showed that NH2 -Co-MOF @ Au had a good enrichment and catalytic effect on PQ,which could improve the sensitivity of NH2-CoMOF@Au/GCE significantly. Under the optimal conditions,the concentration of PQ and the reduction peak current showed a linear relationship in the range of 0. 01~1. 0 and 1.0~15μmol⋅L-1 respectively,with a detection limit of 1.53nmol⋅L-1 .The results of detecting PQ in baby cabbage using NH2-Co-MOF@Au/GCE were consistent with HPLC,and it had good anti-interference and stability. Overall NH2-Co-MOF@Au/GCE was simple,rapid,low-cost, and NH2-Co-MOF@AΩ 1 could be recycled and reused.
