Coal machine hydraulic valve body intelligent fixture design and key components simulation analysis

Abstract: Coal machine lifting frame valve body valve hole system processing accuracy requirements are high,but in the actual production and processing need to be repeated manual clamping to replace the machining surface, resulting in the accumulation of errors,so the production efficiency and quality can not be guaranteed, is not suitable for the development of modern intelligent manufacturing requirements. In this paper, through the traditional onesided two-pin positioning scheme of the error calculation, compared with the pneumatic expanding locating pin combined with five-axis rotary table, the design of a vertical machining center intelligent fixture,so as to achieve a one-time clamping of the hydraulic valve body of the multi-faceted hole system processing. According to the working principle of the expanding positioning pin, in the process of expanding, the force around the positioning hole can be synchronized and clamped uniformly,which eliminates the error of the traditional one-sided two-pin clearance fit,so the repeatability of the positioning accuracy is improved from 0.117 mm to 0.02mm . The maximum deformation is 0.004mm and the maximum stress is 55.62 ΔMpa ,which are in line with the design requirements.
