Abstract: Machining deformation of thin-walled parts constitutes a critical technical bottleneck in high-precision manufacturing. numerical This study focuses on the thin-walled flexspline made of SNCM439 material, systematically analyzing influencing factors of control machining deformation (cutting force,cutting heat,and clamping stress). Through optimized computerized (CNC) machining process planning(rough-finish separation and rational sequencing) and fixture design schemes,workpiece deformation during machining was significantly reduced. Practical production verification demonstrates that this solution achieved a 100% qualification rate for processed parts, providing an effective technical approach for high-precision,lowdeformation machining of similar thin-walled components.
