论积分制管理下的小学生自我管理能力培养

【摘  要】本文主要针对应用积分制度实现对于小学生自我管理能力培养的方法，提出基于积分制度培养学生自我管理能力，优化培养流程和体系;在自我管理能力培养时，既尊重积分制度也尊重学生个性;积分制度要适度而行，需要跟随班级的发展实现内容上的发展三个策略，以期为培养小学生自我管理能力提供参考。

【Abstract】This article focuses on the application of the points system to realize the cultivation of the self-management ability of primary school students， and proposes to cultivate the students' self-management ability based on the point system， optimize the training process and system; in the self-management ability cultivation， respect both the point system and the personality of the students; the point system to do it appropriately， it is necessary to follow the development of the class to realize the three strategies of content development， in order to provide a reference for cultivating the self-management ability of primary school students.
