基于“合村并居”政策的村庄规划研究

——以莱西市梅花山社区和珠海路社区为例

摘要 随着科技与经济的发展，城乡矛盾逐渐增大，新的时代新的背景，对乡村振兴建设有了新的要求，合村并居成为乡村振兴的主要措施之一。以莱西市水集街道的珠海路社区和梅花山社区的村庄规划为例，研究新时代合村并居的建设模式，希望为后续的乡村规划提供经验和模板。

Abstract With the development of science and technology and economy， the contradiction between urban and rural areas is gradually increasing. In the new era and new background， there are new requirements for rural revitalization construction， and the village combination has become one of the main measures of rural revitalization. Taking the village planning of Zhuhai Road Community and Meihuashan Community in Shuiji Street of Laixi City as an example， this paper studies the construction mode of village combination in the new era， hoping to provide experience and template for the follow-up rural planning.
