Construction of a quality control index system for intravenous medication admixture

ABSTRACTOBJECTIVEToconstructascientificand systematicquality control index system for intravenous medication admixture,soastoensurethesafetyofdruguseandimprove thequalityof medical service.METHODSBasedon literature analysisandcros-sectionalsurveyaninitialindicatorframeworkwasformulatedOpiionswerethengatheredthroughtworonds ofDelphiexpertconsultations,andtheexpertauthorityoeficientandKendal'scoeffcientofconcordancewrecalculatedto evaluatetheconsistency.Ultimately,theanalytichierarchyprocesswasemployedtodeterminetheweightsofeachindicatorand testforconsistencyinordertoestablishascientificandsystematicqualitycontrol indicatorsystemforintravenous medication admixture.RESULTS The study conducted two rounds of expert consultation with an average positive coefficient of 95.92% and an averageauthoritycoeffcientofO983.InthesecondroundoftheDelhiconsultation,theKendall'scoeffcientsofconcrdacefor thefirst-,second-,andthird-levelindicatorswereO.306,.440,andO94,respectively,allsignificantlyhgherthantoenthe firstroud(0.211,0.274,0.379).Thefialqualitycontrolsystemforintravenousmedicationadmixtureconsistedof6first-level indicators(personnel,medicinsandconsumables,aciliesandequipment,processmanagement,environmentalhygiene,and outcomes),17second-levelindicators(.g,educationandtraining,staffngstructure,workload,medicationmanagement, consumables management,andequipment maintenance),and44third-level indicators(e.g.,averagedailyworkload perperson, proportionof pharmacy professonals,competencyasssment passrate,work systemasessmentpassrate,contiuingeducation frequencyand passrate,and medication inventoryaccuracy).CONCLUSIONS Thequalitycontrol systemfor intravenous medicationadmixturedevelopedinthisstudydemonstratesstrongauthorityandscientificrigor,providingatheoreticalbasisandpractical tool for the standardized management of intravenous medicationadmixture qualityin hospitals.
