【Abstract】ObjectiveTo analyze theresearch status and hottrends of lung cancer inthe fieldof traditional Chinese medicinenursing byusing CiteSpacevisualization software.MethodsLiteraturepublished from Januaryl991to October 2024 was retrieved from PubMed，Web of Science Core Collction，CNKI，VIP，WanFang，and China Biology Medicine disc.CiteSpace wasutilized to peformco-occurrnce andclusteringanalysis of authors，institutions，and keywords.Results Atotal of396 publicationswere included.Theannual publication volume showedagradual increasing trendfrom191to 2019（peakingat56articles in2019），follwedbyaslightdecline between2020and2O24.Theleading institutions intraditional Chinese medicine（TCM）nursing research inthe fieldof lung cancer were primarilyprovincialTCM hospitals，universitiesof Chinese medicine，andtheirafiliated hospitals.Keywordssuchas"qualityoflife"and "adversereactions to chemotherapy"were identifiedasresearch priorities，while"syndrome diferentiationnursing""auricular point presing with beans""acupoint massage"and"acupoint application"emergedas hotspots inclinical studies.ConclusionCurrent researchtrends focus on managing chemotherapy-related adverse reactions，enhancing pain and hospice care，and improving patient qualityoflife.Futurestudiesshould strengthencollborationamongauthorsandinstitutions，andfurther explore the clinical application of various TCM nursing techniques.
