医幼联合开展“手卫生”宣教在学龄前儿童中的应用效果分析

【Abstract】ObjectiveTo evaluate the impact of health educationon "hand hygiene"under a hospital-kindergarten collaboration modelonchildren'sknowledge,behavior,andhabit formationregardinghand hygiene.MethodsAcluster sampling methodwasused,andchildrenaged5to6yearsoldwho wereenroled infirst-level kindergartensinHuichuan District,Zunyi City in September 2O24 were selectedas research subjects forconducting "hand hygiene"health education. Handhygieneknowledgetestsandfluorescentresidueexperimentswereconductedbeforetheinterventionand21daysafter theintervention.Handwashinghabits(handwashinginitiative,standardization,andhandwashingtime)wererecordedbefore theintervention,7daysafterthe intervention,and21days after theintervention.Results21daysaftertheintervention, thescoresofhandhygieneknowledgetestandfluorescentresiduetestweresignificantlyhigherthanthosebeforethentervention ( P<0.01 ).Furthermore,there were statistically significant differences in handwashing initiative,standardization,and handwashingtime beforetheintervention,7daysafter theintervention,and21daysaftertheintervention( P<0,01 ). Conclusion"Hand hygiene"educationunderthehospital-kindergartencollaborationmodelcansignificantlyimprove handwashing knowledgeandbehavioramong prescholchildren,and promotethecultivationof goodhand hygiene habits inashort period of time.
