Abstract Objective： Network Meta ⁃ analysis was used to evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with drugs in the treatment of diminished ovarian reserve， to explore the best clinical plan. Methods： The Cochrane Library， PubMed， EMbase， CNKI， VIP， WanFang Database were searched for randomized controlled trials（RCT） of acupuncture combined with drugs in the treatment of diminished ovarian reserve. The retrieval time was from January 2012 to May 2024. The quality of the references meeting the inclusion criteria was evaluated according to the Cochrane Manual of Systematic Reviews Bias risk assessment tool， and network Meta ⁃ analysis was performed using RevMan 5. 3 and Stata 17. 0 software. Results： A total of 54 articles were included， including 3 897 patients. The results of network Meta⁃analysis showed that compared with western medicine or Chinese medicine，in term of clinical effectiveness，the top 3 interventions in terms of SUCRA were needle therapy+western medicine（71. 2% ）， acupuncture+western medicine （70.9%） ， moxibustion + Chinese medicine + western medicine （69.4% ）. In terms of decreasing traditional Chinese medicine symptom score，the top 3 interventions in terms of SUCRA were acupuncture + Chinese medicine （85.1% ）， electroacupuncture+moxibustion （84.1% ） and moxibustion （79.6%） ）. Conclusion： Current evidence shows that in terms of clinical effectiveness and traditional Chinese medicine symptom score，the combination of acupuncture and drugs is superior to single needle therapy，western medicine and Chinese medicine in the treatment of diminished ovarian reserve.
