【Abstract】Spinalcordinjury(SC)isasevereneurologicaldisease,withanestimated25ooto0newcases worldwideeachyear.Taditionalrehabiliationapproaches,limitedbysuboptimalefcacyandhghcosts,havestruggledomeet therapidly growing clinical demand; consequently,arangeofnewrehabilitationandtherapeutic technologies has emerged.This reviewsystematicallsmmarzesemergingabilitationtechiques,icludingneuro-intefacetchologies,functionalelectrical stimulation,eabiliationbotics,andnuromodulationexpaisteirehissofction,nddisussstepotetialoles inclinicalrehabilitationforSCI,therebyprovidingatheoreticalbasisforfuture developmentinclinicalrehabilitionThese technologiesareelevatingthetreatmentconceptforSCIfrompasivefunctionalcompensationtoactiveneuralreconstruction. Although theyhavedemonstratedsubstantialpotential,large-scalecliicalapplicationstillfacschallenges,suchassignal stabilitysaetyocesdlackofgalelicalvdeeLooingadegatiooftsethologil intellgence-divenpersonalzedeabilitatio,andome-basedreabilitationareexpectedtobekeytreds,withtheutimate goal of establishing a precise, efficient, closed-loop intelligent rehabilitation system.
