【 Abstract】This study aims to develop a medical “dry laboratory”model that treats healthcare data as the primary research subject and employs computational science andAIascore methodologies.Based onthe practiceof alarge tertiary hospitalwe presentaconstructionframework featuringafullycle modelspaningdatacultivationgoverance,value eraction, andecologicalfedback—transformingmedicaldatafromastaticresourceintoalivingasset.Innovatively,the“drylaboratory” was ntegrated intotheresidencytrainingrotation tosystematicallcultivatedata literacy.Practice hasshownthattheframework establishs te“drylaboratory”asadigitalresearchentityreatingaclosed-loopsystemthat integratescliicalpracticewithdata analytics,significantlyenhancing theusabilityofmultimodal dataandenablingscalabletrainingindatacompetence.In conclusion,the medical“drylaboratory”representsanewdigitalresearch paradigm distinctfrom traditional wetlaboratories.Its implementation provides a reference framework and introduces an integrated“dry-wet’research model combining wet-lab experiments withdata cultivation,demonstrating significant valuefor enhancing medical inovation,cultivating interdisciplinary talent, and advancing smart healthcare.
