【Abstract】As a core non-invasive tool for diagnosing cardiovascular diseases,traditional manual electrocardiogram (ECG)analysissufers fromlimitationssuchaslowdiagnosticconsistency,dificulty inadapting ECG morpholgforspecific populations,highratesofmised diagnosesofdynamicarhythmiasanddelayedresponses toacuteevents,etc.Articial intellgence-enabledECG(AI-ECG)analysis is driving profoundtransformation inthediagnosisandtreatmentofcardiovascular diseases.Inthis article,the technological evolutionofAI-ECGfrom traditionalmachine leaming anddeep leaming to generative AI/largelanguage odelsandsenaispecificmodels,aswellasitsalations inahias,stucturalartdiseasecute coronary syndrome,cardiacrehabilitation,and wearable monitoring,etc.AI-ECGhas achievedbreakthroughs from‘static diagnosis”to“dynamicearly warning”andfrom“single-diseasescreening”to“ful-cycle management".However,Al-CG til faceschalengesicdinginsuicentiterpreabilitylackofdataandevaationstandadationmodelbasandtaclesin clinical tanslationSubsequntlyultimodalintegration,ustomizedmodelsfospecialppulations,standardzationofdamic ECGs,andinterdisciplinarycolaborationareneded toadvanceAI-ECG towardtheevolutionof intelligentagentswith autonomousdecision-makingcapablitieschievingthetransitionfrom‘techicalfeasibility”to“patientbenefit”,oferinganew idea for precise diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.

心电图(electrocardiography,ECG)自问世以来,凭借操作简便、无创、成本低廉等优势,成为心血管疾病筛查、诊断及预后评估的重要工具,可实时记录心脏电活动,为心律失常、心肌缺血、结构性心脏病及非心脏疾病提供关键诊断依据,广泛应用于急诊胸痛鉴别、住院患者监测、社区慢性病筛查、心脏康复随访等场景[1-4] 。(剩余27738字)
