Optimization Research on PsO-Based Framing Palletizing forDoor/WindowMaterials

Abstract:Customized door and window materialsare characterized bydiverseorders and complicated specifications. However,existing methods (such as artificial experience algorithms and the maximax space strategy)mainly focus on the single goal of maximizing space utilization,withlitleconsideration forframing convenienceandoverallefficiency. This paper proposes aframing palletizing strategy based on a hybrid particle swarm optimization (PSO)algorithm to enhancetheoverall eficiencyof paletizing.Basedontheprocessng characteristics beforeandafterpalltizing door/windowmaterials,a framing paletizing strategy is proposed to solve the problem of diffcult workpiece position tracking. The particle encoding includes both position attributesand palltizing atributes of the materials,strengthening the hierarchicalclustering effectof materials belongingtothesame dor/windowunit.Amulti-objectivecollaborativeoptimizationfunction is established,with the weightedcomprehensive eficiencyof space utilization and framing convenience as theoptimization goal.The simulation basedontheactual orders of enterprises shows thatcompared withthe traditional artificialexperiencealgorithmand the maximax space strategy,thecomprehensiveeficiencyofthe proposedalgorithmis improved by 17.11% and 17.34% ,respectively,the framing convenience is 97.93% ,and the space utilization rate is 80. 48% . The field experiment verifies the effectiveness of the algorithm in actual production.The research shows that the proposed strategy notonly ensures high spaceutilization,but also greatly improves theframing convenience,soas to effectively improve the overall efficiency of the production line.
