建康中国视域下武术赋能健康治理的理论逻辑与实践路径

Abstract：Based on the "Healthy China"strategy，thisstudy explores the theoretical logic，practical dilemmas，and practical pathwaysof Wushuempowering modern health governance.The study points out that the governance value of Wushu stems fromtheprofound historicaland culturalaccumulation.Basedontheintegrated lifeviewof "form—air— spirit"andthe"experiential"practice，Wushuprovidesthree-dimensionalactionpathsfor individualhealth，social connection，and cultural inheritance.However，when integratedinto the modern governance system characterizedby technicalrationalityand standardization，itfacesmultiplestructural dilemmas：thedificultyinreconcilingquantitative assessmentandoverallvalue，the tensionbetweeninclusivedemandsandelitecharacteristics，insuficient institutional collaborationandcultural innovation，andthe limitationof healthvalueandambiguousapplicableboundaries.Basedon this，the study proposes a systematic practical path of reshapingthecultural core，innovating institutional design，activating technological transformation，strengtheningentitycolaboration，and clarifying functionalpositioning，topromotethe creative ransformation of Wushu from traditionalculturalresources to modern health governance elements，andprovide cultural support and practical solutions for building a Chinese-style health governance system.
