系统理论视域下球场观众三律融合治理模型的构建

Abstract:Theintegrated governance threedisciplines forstadium spectators isaninevitableoutcome thatconforms to the trend modernization the national governancecapacityand governance system,which is great significance for stimulating the subjective initiative spectators in stadium governance. Guidedby iterativecoexistence and taking systems theory asitsanalytical framework,thisstudy interprets thegovernance connotation from three aspects: elements,connections,and goals,andconstructsanintegrated three-disciplinegovernance model for stadium spectators to provide guidance forthe path selection modern civilized stadium construction.The study holds that: (1)In terms element deconstruction,the integrated three-discipline governance with a reductionist orientatio will split and isolateeach element,which isprone tallinto the predicamentsinglegovernance,whiletheintegrated three-discipline governance with a holistic orientationcan integrate allrelevant elements and highlightcomplementary advantages;(2)In terms connection deconstruction,the one-way connections heteronomy and autonomy, heteronomy and reciprocity,and reciprocity and autonomy willcause spectators to have a problem cognitive and behavioral disconnection,while two-wayconnections among them can leverage self-compliance with laws (individual active practice rules)and self-legislation(individual activeconstruction norms)to facilitate spectators' achievement theunity cognitionand behavior;(3)In termsgoaldeconstruction,astadium-order-centered goalbasedon mere phenomenological analysis failsto foster thevoluntary awareness spectators’civilization cultivation,whereas a harmonious-stadium-centered goal grounded in essential analysis guarantees the sustainability spectators' civilization cultivation.
