我国体育企业新质生产力驱动路径研究

——基于“资源—能力—关系”框架的组态分析

Abstract： Improving the newquality productivityof sports enterprises is thekey path and strategic fulcrum to promote the high-quality development of thesports industry.Based on the theoretical framework of "resource-abilityrelationship"，this study selects Shanghai and Shenzhen A ⋅- share sports listed companies from 2018 to 2022 as research samples，andadopts fuzzysetqualitative comparative analysis （fsQCA）to deeply explore thedriving factors and formation mechanism of newproductivityof sports enterprises，inorder to provide empirical evidenceforthe study of new productivity inthefieldof sportsand providereferenceforthe differentiated decision-makingof enterprisesand governments.The study found that：（1）Thenewproductivityof sports enterprises is driven bythesynergyof resources，capabilities and relationshipfactors，andanysingledimensionfactorisnotanecessaryconditionforthehigh-levelnewproductivityof sportsenterprises.（2）Thestudyidentifies fiveconditionalconfigurations thatdrive high-level newqualityproductivity， whichcan be furthersummarizedintotree diferential driving paths："esource-ability-relationship"collaborative linkage type，"ability-relationship"intemaland external linkage type，and "resource-relationship"two-whel-drive type.（3） Salaryincentiveplaysan importantdriving roleintheformationof newqualityproductivityof sportsenterprises，and there are substitutionandcomplementary efects between resources，capabilitiesandrelationships.Basedontheaboveresearch findings，sportsenterprisesshouldshiftthefocusofdevelopmentstrategyfrom"localperformanceoptimization"to "systemconfiguration coordination"，andscientificall identifythe development path of newqualityproductivitythatadapts to themselves；the government should guide diferent types of sports enterprises toachievecontinuous improvementof new quality productivityalong theappropriate path through diferentiatedpolicytols，soas tobuild a morestablemicro一 foundation for the high-quality development of the sports industry.
