德阳雪茄烟叶主要致霉菌的分离鉴定及生物学特性

AbstractIn order to explore species and biological characteristics of dominant fungi causing mildew of cigar tobacco leaves in Deyang，Sichuan，four dominant fungi were isolated and purified from deeply fermented leaves of Chuanxue 4 cigar tobacco.According to the observation of colony morphology and spore structure and the molecular biological analysis，they were classified as Scopulariopsis brevicaulis，Aspergillus sydowi，Talaromyces funiculosus and Aspergillus cristatus.The study on biological characteristics of these fungi showed that S. brevicaulis grew the fastest on 1% tobacco juice medium， A. sydowii and A. cristatus grew the fastest on Salt Czapek Dox Agar，and Tδ . funiculosus grew the fastest on Czapek Dox Agar. S. brevicaulis，A. sydowii and T funiculosus could grow at 25～40∘C ，but couldn't grow at 45°C ，and A. cristatus couldn't grow at 40°C or above.The four strains offungi could all grow inthe environment with pH value at 5 to 1O，and the optimum pH value was 1O for S. brevicaulis ， 9 for A. cristatus，and 5 for A. sydowi and T. funiculosus. The research results were of great significance for the study of mildew prevention and control.
