Study on Fungal Community Structure in Cigar Soil Treated with Different Fertilizers

AbstractTo study the fungal community structure of cigar rhizosphere soil under different fertilization treatments,and to provide a basis for rational fertilization of cigars,this study used cigar variety Haiyan 204 as test crop,chemical fertilizer and two organic fertilizers,soybean cake and fish protein,were selected.Athreefactor three-level orthogonal experimental design was employed with a total of9 treatments,and each replicated 3 times.High-throughput sequencing was conducted using Ilmina NovaSeq 6OOO to analyze the structure, diversity and diffrences offungal communities incigar rhizosphere soil under diffrent fertilization treatments. The results indicated that Ascomycota was the dominant fungi phylum in cigar rhizosphere soil under dierent fertilization treatments,and T5 treatment ( N150kg/hm2+ fish protein 15L/hm2+ soybean cake 1 500 (204号 kg/hm2 ) had the highest relative abundance.The relative abundance of dominant genera (Mortierella and Conocybe)under different combination treatments was higher than that under single fertilizer treatment.The combination of organic and inorganic fertilizers increased the proportion of soil saprophytic bacteria,which was more conducive to the stability and health of soil ecosystems. The research results could provide references for the rational application of organic and inorganic fertilizers in the production process of cigar.
