Practical Exploration and Suggestions for Deepening the Application of Student Physical Health Monitoring and Evaluation Results

Abstract: : Inadequate utilization of student physical health monitoring and evaluation results can lead to comprehensive disspative effects,such as waste of testing resources, occupation of teaching time,under-exploration of the value of health information data, lack of decisionmaking basis, concealment or delayed resolution of health issues , and weakened attention from families and society. The scenarios for using student physical health monitoring and evaluation results can be categorized into five levels: national and regional education administrative departments , schools, students and parents, social institutions, as well as experts and scholars. These uses serve three practical purposes: providing evidence, inspiring reflection and offering guidance. The main obstacles currently faced in the utilization of evaluation results include cognitive barriers, delayed feedback mechanisms, compromised authenticity and reliability of data,significant diferences in physical fitness test results, and inherent limitations of the evaluation system itself. Based on a result-application-oriented approach to utilizing student physical health monitoring and evaluation results, it is suggested that in-depth interpretation and widespread dissemination of evaluation results should be conducted, effective tracking of monitoring effectiveness be implemented, and efforts be made to enhance user experience.
