体育场馆高质量发展标准体系框架构建及实施路径研究

Abstract：As the core carrier for mass fitness activities， hosting sports events and developing the sports industry， the construction， operation and service levels of sports venues are closely related to the successful realization of the strategy to build a leading sporting nation. Using the methods of literature review and logical analysis， this study systematically constructs a highquality development standard framework for sports venues， comprising a value-oriented layer， a content-standard layer， and an implementation layer. Accordingly， the study proposes the following implementation pathways for the construction of such a standard system： top-level design and systematic planning to establish a coordinated mechanism； category - based development and dynamic iteration to improve the supply of standard content; pilot demonstration and collaborative implementation to promote the full application of standards ; and evaluation and optimization along with ecosystem building to ensure the sustainable development of the system.
