" Jiangsu Football City League （ Su Chao )” Model: Dynamic Mechanism and Optimization Strategy for Upgrading and Expanding Regional Event Economy

Abstract:The emergence of the “ Jiangsu Football City League (Su Chao)” model is of great significance for boosting sports consumption and promoting economic development. This study employs research methods such as literature review， logical analysis and field investigation to deeply analyze the driving mechanism and optimization strategies of the “Su Chao” model in promoting the quality improvement and expansion of regional event economy. The study suggests that (1） the driving mechanisms include basic driving force: the aggregation mechanism of universal participation based on flow economy theory; (2) core driving force: the " event +" 2 value expansion mechanism based on industrial integration theory; (3) catalytic driving force : the value transformation mechanism based on emotional economy theory; and(4） safeguard driving force: the multi -governance mechanism based on collaborative governance theory. Therefore， the study proposes optimization strategies such as (1） sustainable traffic: from “short-term popularity” to “ long - term operation”; (2） deep industrial integration: from “simple linkage” to “ecological co-construction”； (3） deepening governance collaboration : from“ government - led” to “ diversified co - governance”； and（4） balanced regional development: from“city focus” to “whole-area linkage”.
