某型装备引信批次故障分析

摘  要：某型装备在进行遥测信号采集分析时发现测试转阶段断电瞬间，引信执行级“动作（t）”信号异常跳变。该文针对引信出现该异常“动作（t）”信号，进行原理和故障分析，制定修理措施，保障产品修理质量。

Abstract： During the telemetry signal acquisition and analysis of a certain type of equipment， it is found that the fuze executive level "action （t）" signal jumps abnormally at the moment of power outage in the test and turn-off phase. In view of the abnormal "action （t）" signal of the fuze， this paper analyzes the principle and fault， and works out the repair measures to ensure the repair quality of the product.

某型空空装备为空军部队主战装备，在地面采集、分析中发现总体测试转阶段断电瞬间，引信执行级“动作（t）”信号异常，反映引信执行级异常充电，若执行级充电幅值超过一定限度，在特定的外部条件激励下，将引起执行级电路异常放电，引爆战斗部，危及载机安全。（剩余2532字）
