有序用电管理终端设计与应用分析

摘  要：有序用电管理涉及到许多模块，直接关系到电网的运行过程。该文通过对电力系统安全和智能电网建设相关政策的了解，分析目前电网运行中存在的几个问题，提出一种以电力信息采集系统为核心的有序用电管理系统，给出具体设计方案及应用分析。该平台对做好有序供电、用电，保障群众生活具有重要意义。

Abstract： Orderly power consumption management involves many modules， which is directly related to the operation process of the power grid. Based on the understanding of the relevant policies of power system security and smart grid construction， this paper analyzes several problems existing in power grid operation， and puts forward an orderly power consumption management system based on power information collection system， give the specific design scheme and application analysis. This platform is of great significance for orderly power supply and electricity consumption and safeguarding people's life.

有序用电管理的终极目的，就是通过对电网的电能、电量等参数的变化，对电网的运行状况进行预测，从而实现对用电的管理，降低电网在高峰时段的用电需求。（剩余5626字）
