6B燃机更换转子后出力降低原因分析

摘 要:燃气轮机是电厂作业的重要设备,其出力能力直接关乎到电力生产。根据燃气轮机的基本工作原理,结合PG6541型燃气轮机的大修内容和大修前后主要运行参数的变化,分析PG6541B型燃气轮机更换转子后出力降低的原因。

Abstract: Gas turbine is an important equipment in power plant, and its output capacity is directly related to power production. According to the basic working principle of gas turbine, combined with the overhaul content of PG6541 gas turbine and the changes of main operation parameters before and after overhaul, the reason for the decrease of output of PG6541B gas turbine after rotor replacement is analyzed.

加纳某燃气电厂的某台型号为PG6541B的燃机是从国内搬迁过来的旧机组,配17级轴流式压气机,10个燃烧室的分管回流式燃烧室和3级透平,转速为5 114 RPM,通过减速齿轮箱与发电机连接,搬迁过程中进行过大修维护,发电机转速为3 000 RPM。(剩余3825字)
