摘 要:该文就一种高可靠性车载显示屏LCD的研制进行研究。阐述研究的相关背景,前期研究部分平台及基础,项目相关风险评估,高可靠性显示屏的开发思路,案例实施,并就高可靠性显示屏结构及其工艺特性进行评估小结。带有边框附近亮线控制的显示屏能免除外丝印四周漏光问题,产品可靠性好,提高产品良率。

Abstract: This paper focuses on the research and development of a highly reliable vehicle display screen LCD. This paper describes the relevant background of the research, some platforms and foundations of the previous research, the risk assessment related to the project, the development ideas and case implementation of the high reliability display screen, and summarizes the evaluation of the structure and process characteristics of the high reliability display screen. The display screen with bright line control near the frame can avoid the problem of light leakage around the outer screen printing, the product reliability is good, and the product yield is improved.
