水松纸压紧轮自动控制设计

摘  要：为解决当前卷烟设备ZJ17、ZJ118等机型在工作过程中水松纸压紧轮不能自动控制导致的压紧轮、供纸轮容易磨损、使用寿命短等问题，该文利用电气系统与机械装置相结合的方式，实现水松纸压紧轮自动控制，提升水松纸压紧装置的使用寿命，降低卷烟物耗和质量风险，降低成本，提升效率。

Abstract： In order to solve current cigarette equipment ZJ17， ZJ118 and other models in the working process of the tipping paper pressure roller can not automatically control the pressure roller， the paper supply roller is easy to wear， short service life and other problems， this paper uses the combination of electrical system and mechanical device. The combination of the devices realizes the automatic control of the tipping paper pressing wheel， improving the service life of the tipping paper pressing device， reducing cigarette material consumption and quality risks， reducing costs， and improving efficiency.

ZJ17卷接机组的原型是国外烟机公司设计制造的PROTOS70卷烟机，中国在20世纪90年代左右引入国内，后由常德烟草机械有限责任公司经电控升级、在线检测升级等多次改造而成，现是我国国产卷烟机的主流设备，也是我国大部分卷烟厂正在使用的烟支卷接设备。（剩余3966字）
