Abstract：Thecomprehensiveadvancementofcuriculum-basedideologicalandpoliticaleducation（CIPE）servesasastrategic initiativetofulfiltefundamentalmisionoffosteringvirtuerougheducatioAsacourseintegatinginstrumentalfuctioality andhumanisticvalueComputerProfeionalEnglishonsitutesacricalvueforeimplemenationfideologicalandpoliical educationNevertheless，thecurrentCIPEpracticeinthiscourseisconfrontedwithpracticalpredicamentssuchasintegration dificulties"andthe"two-skinphenomenon".Thispaperproposesathre-dimensionalintegratedCIPEteachingpathwaycenteredon thecorethreadof"elementmining—scenarioconstruction—multi-dimensionalevaluation."Specificall，byadoptingdiversified teachingapproachesincludingcase-driveninquiryandsituatinalsimulation，thispathwaynotonlyenhancesstudentsproficiencyin applyingComputerrofessionalEnglishbutalsoectivelycultivatestheirsenseofnationalidentityprofessoalhicsand innovative spirit.
