Abstract：Inthecontextofdigital-physicalintegration，thedeepconvergenceandmutualinfluenceofemergingtechnologies andmajorevents haveintroducedchallenges toarchivalmanagement，whichaims tocomprehensivelydocumentandservesuch events.Tesechallenges includeincreasedrisksofcolectionomissions，heightenedmanagementcomplexitymorentricate utilization proceses，andelevated securityvulnerabilities.Ananalysisof nationaland provincial practices reveals thatthe archival inventory governance systemformajor eventspartialladdresses these isses.However，persistent isues such as incomplete，acuate，oiguousietoriesstillderstadardiedmaageent，ong-teprseationdet utilizationofmajoreventarchives.Toaddressthesechalenges，itisrecommended to：establishuifiedcompilationstandards andrefinecontentspecifications; clarifyinventoryrequirements toensurecomprehensivecoverageofmajor eventarchivesand facilitate rapid access for sustained utilization; foster multi-stakeholder collaboration through a "1+N" model to break down information silos.
