Abstract： The systematic construction of archives security legislation plays a key role in promoting the processof rule of lawinarchivessecurity.Throughthesystematicsortingandtypologicalanalysisofthe"archivessecurity"clausesinthecurent 61archiveslegislation，thispaper finds thatthe "archivessecurity"clausecanbedividedintofourcategories：theclauseof theprincipleofarchivalsecurity，theclauseofarchivalscurityresponsibility，theclauseofarchivalsecurityutilzationand theclauseofarchivalsecurityresponsibility.Thebasicframeworkofarchivessecuritylegislationatthecentrallevelhasben formed，buttereisalaginlocallegislation.Thedistributionof"archivessecurity"clausesisfragmentedandfragented， thenew securityformofelectronic archives urgently needs tobe standardized，andtheresponsibility mechanismforarchives managementisrelativelyvague.Inthefuture，archivessecuritylegislationshouldbeincorporatedintotheoverallational security concepttooptimizethelegislativeconcept，promote the systematic integrationof norms basedontheperspective of verticaland horizontal legislative systems，improve the legislative content from three aspects： balancing securityand development，enriching responsibility mechanisms，and strengthening technological empowerment.
