Abstract： The issue of "traceism" has long plagued grasroots governance，and new forms have emerged due to the applicationofdigital technologyandthecontextofdigitalandrealintegration.Whethertracingitsrootsoranalyzingits symptoms，archival sience，as an important discipline that studies the origin and development of trace management， should provide unique insights and coping strategies on the governanceof "traceism"，a variant of trace management. Inthe nwcontextofdigitalandrealintegration，the"collection，management，storage，andutilization"ofarchives，as the most basic and core processes of archives work，have undergone major changes，providing a feasible reference for thegovernance of "traceism"：establishing acollaborative system in the dimension of "colection"，strengthening public participationinthedimensionof "management"，inovatingthearchivespreservationmodelinthedimensionof"storage"，and shaping a reasonable use orientation in the dimension of "utilization".
