氧化铋@壳聚糖/β-环糊精复合气凝胶珠的制备及对碘的吸附性能研究

Abstract:Radioactive Iodine isotopes (such as 131I and 129I )isacommon radioactive contaminant inwater bodies,characterizedbyitslong half-life,highbiologicaltoxicity,andenvironmentalmobility.To eliminate theirenvironmental risks, the development of efficient and environmentally friendly adsorption materials has become the research focus.Bismuth oxide exhibits superior performance in Iodine adsorption due to its distinctive structural and surface chemical properties.In order to improve the adsorption capacityof bismuth oxide,a composite adsorbent Bi2O3@CS/β -CD was prepared by incorporating Bi2O3 into a β -cyclodextrin/chitosan aerogel. The experimental adsorption capacity of Bi2O3@CS/β -CD for Iodine was 860mg/g ,and it fitted well with the Freundlich adsorption isotherm model.The adsorption kinetics followed the pseudo-second-order model,indicating chemisorption. When the mass fraction of bismuth oxide was 5% , the adsorption efficiency increased by 200% After four sorption-desorptioncycles,the adsorbent stillretained high Iodine adsorption performance.Mechanistic studies revealed thatthis enhanced adsorption capacity is primarily atributed to the high electropositivityof bismuth oxide and itsability to form stable complexes with iodine.
