Abstract： Sports possess comprehensive value and diverse functions in forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.Guided by the concept of the“Great Ideological and Political Curiculum”，this study employs a combination of theoretical research and quantitative questionnaire methods to deeply analyze the value atributes， theoretical orientation，and intrinsic logic of Tai Chiculture in forging a strong sense of community forthe Chinese nation.Taking“the Hotan region Chinese Tai Chi exercise promotion project 2024”as an example，it proposes contemporary pathways and practical strategies for Tai Chi culture to visibly，perceptibly and effectively forge a sense of community for the Chinese nation，it has contributed to forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation through Tai Chi culture.
