Analysis of Fundamental Strategies for Deepening Industry-education Integration in High-level Application-oriented Universities during the 15th Five-Year Plan Period

Abstract： Industry-education integration serves as a core mechanism for organically linking the education chain andtalent chain with the industry chain and innovation chain.Deepening this integration is a critical pathway for constructing a modern industrial system and achieving the strategic goal of strengthening the nation through education.During the15th Five-Year Plan period，itis essential to further enhance theunderstanding of depening industry-education integration from multiple perspectives：beter meting the needs of local economic and social development，more effectively promoting the overallhigh-quality development of higher education，and furtheradvancing the construction of high-level application-orienteduniversities.Based on this，applicationoriented universities must profoundly grasp the fundamental principles guiding the deepening of industry-education integration，maintain a firm direction，understand the underlying patterns，and deepen integration based on their actual conditions.High-level application-oriented universities，standing ona higher starting point，should integrate the deepening of industry-education into their developmentphilosophy，program development，talent cultivation，international exchanges，institutional governance，and service support systems，and thereby promote the sustainable high-quality connotative development.
