产教融合驱动应用型高校人力资源管理专业实践教学数智化改革

Abstract:Through literature review and field investigation,it identifies competency requirements for HR profesionals in the digital-intellgent era,analyzes practical challenges within the practical teachingsystemat Beijing Union University,and proposes an integration-driven reform plan.The study finds that by establishing a “three-element,four-stage,five-dimension”practical teaching framework,optimizing collaborative education networks,innovating digital-inteligent teaching platforms,and enhancing faculty capacity,students’digitalintellgent skils,innovativeability,and employment competitivenesscan be effectively improved.The synergy between industry-education integration and digital-intelligent empowerment enables precise connection between talent cultivation and industrial needs,providing a feasible pathway forthe practical teaching reform in Human Resource Management major in applied universities.
