《北京市城市建设档案管理办法》 内容研究与修订建议

Abstract： Since its promulgation and implementation more than 20 years ago， the Measures for the Administration of Urban Construction Archives of Beijing Municipality has achieved remarkable results in promoting the legalization， scientization， and standardization of urban construction archives work in the capital. Based on analysis of the content and implementation effects of this Measures， this paper clarifies the necessity of its revision from multiple dimensions and puts forward key suggestions for its revision.
